We are seeking a passionate and experienced French Language Facilitator to deliver high-quality French language instruction to individuals and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in preparing students for internationally recognized French proficiency examinations, including TCF, TEF, DELF, and DALF. The facilitator should be capable of conducting engaging online and in-person classes across Nigeria while helping learners achieve their academic, immigration, professional, or personal language goals.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive French language lessons for learners at different proficiency levels (A1–C2). 
• Prepare students for TCF, TEF, DELF, and DALF examinations using structured curricula and examination strategies. 
• Assess students' language proficiency and develop personalized learning plans. 
• Conduct both virtual and classroom-based training sessions. 
• Teach all four language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 
• Administer regular assessments, mock examinations, and progress evaluations. 
• Provide constructive feedback and academic support to learners. 
• Develop and update lesson plans, teaching materials, and practice resources. 
• Monitor student attendance, participation, and performance. 
• Maintain accurate student records and prepare progress reports. 
• Stay up to date with changes in French language examination formats and best teaching practices. 
• Support students with pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and conversational fluency. 
• Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. 

• Bachelor's degree in French, Modern Languages, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. 
• Professional certification or advanced qualification in French language proficiency is an added advantage. 
• Minimum of 2–3 years' experience teaching French language courses. 
• Demonstrated experience preparing candidates for TCF, TEF, DELF, and DALF examinations. 
• Excellent spoken and written French (minimum C1/C2 proficiency preferred). 
• Good command of English for effective communication with learners. 
• Experience delivering both online and face-to-face classes. 
• Strong understanding of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). 
• Excellent classroom management and presentation skills. 
• Proficiency in online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet. 
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. 
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, where required. 
• Willingness to travel for physical classes within Nigeria when necessary. 
• Experience teaching adults, professionals, and corporate clients. 
• Experience developing French language training materials. 
• Familiarity with digital learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
