The Facility Supervisor is responsible for the daily operational oversight, maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and readiness of short-let properties. The role ensures that all apartments, common areas, and facilities meet hospitality standards, providing guests with a safe, comfortable, and seamless stay.

• Oversee the daily condition and readiness of apartments and common areas
• Supervise housekeeping activities and ensure cleaning standards are met before guest check-ins
• Identify maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with technicians and vendors
• Respond to facility-related guest complaints and ensure timely resolution Monitor 
• Monitor facilities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning of utilities and equipment
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and facility materials and request replenishment when needed
• Keep basic records and reports on maintenance issues, cleaning activities, and incidents
• Carry out other related duties as assigned

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years’ experience in facility supervision, hospitality, or property management.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance and housekeeping standards.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage vendors effectively.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills (reporting, logs, messaging apps).
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and shifts.
