
Our client, a leading Microfinance Bank in Nigeria, seeks Direct Sales Agent to drive customer acquisition, open new accounts, issue cards, and manage relationships within its retail banking division.
Acquire new customers and meet weekly/monthly sales targets.
Open savings/current accounts and ensure complete KYC documentation.
Facilitate debit card issuance and activation.
Promote and cross-sell bank products (savings, loans, investments, digital channels).
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Conduct field marketing and community activation to generate leads.
Submit daily/weekly sales and market reports.
OND/HND/B.Sc in any discipline.
Experience in account opening, card issuance, field sales, or microfinance is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive targets.
Familiarity with digital banking tools is a plus.
